Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment
Appointments can be booked through direct contact or online.
A Zoom link or meeting details will be sent shortly before the scheduled time.
Payment is made in advance via a Stripe payment link.
Duration: 60 minutes, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the appointment.
For later cancellations or no-shows, the full amount will be charged.
If cancellation is made in time, a new appointment will be offered at no extra cost.

Package Programs
When purchasing a package program, sessions can be scheduled as needed.
Hours can be used flexibly within the agreed validity period.
Unused sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled by agreement.

Confidentiality
All work is carried out under full confidentiality.
No information is shared with third parties.
Sessions may be recorded by agreement and only for the client’s personal use.
Recordings are permanently deleted on my end once sent.
No notes, recordings, or other materials are stored after the program ends.

Responsibility
Hypnosis and coaching are collaborative processes based on trust and active participation.
No guarantees are given for specific results, but all work is conducted with high professionalism and integrity.
